In PowerPoint 2003, you can go to the File menu, point to Send and select Mail Recipient for Review. When the recipients send the files back with comments or changes, you can make the changes or incorporate the changed slides into your presentation.
In PowerPoint 2007, click the Office Button, point to Send and click on Email. When the recipients send the files back with comments or changes, you can make the changes or incorporate the changed slides into your presentation.
In PowerPoint 2010, go to the File tab, click on Save & Send and choose Send Using Email. Choose Send as Attachment. When the recipients send the files back with comments or changes, you can make the changes or incorporate the changed slides into your presentation.
Another option in PowerPoint 2010 is Send a Link. If the PowerPoint file is saved in a shared location on your network and you want others to have access to the primary slide show, use this feature to allow everyone involved to work on the same presentation.
