Topic: Review Bake Sale, discuss next meeting

Task: Talk to Sherry Pederson in May about putting info into acceptance package (Carmen will do this in May)
Task: Decide how we will deal with having an executive that is mostly out of the city in the fall (many will be on internship) - Maybe look into some online conferencing? We are thinking it will be important to have at least ONE executive in the city. If anyone has suggestions about good online conferencing software (free haha) that would be great.
Task: We are thinking about doing most of the planning for fall/winter '09/10 events this spring. Maybe then it won't matter so much if the executive is in the city or not.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We will have our next meeting on Thursday, April 2nd at 5:30pm in the Language Arts Resource Room (room 2014). (Hopefully this time and place work better for more people so everyone can make it). We will be voting on/electing the executive committee at this meeting, so check out the positions (as posted in the constitution), find one you are interested in, and go for it on Thursday! Please email me at cea074@mail.usask.ca if you can't come.

Hey Carman. Something that would work good for conferencing is Skype. It's free to call other skype users and I'm pretty sure you can do 3 way calls and stuff... I'll take a look into that before tonights meeting.
