Task: Email addy is now www.TWBUofS.org!!
Task: We are going to buy the TWB banner in September (before Broadway Street Fair, but after we have first pizza sale and have more money)
Task: Jeremy, have you talked to Broadway Street Fair People?
- they haven’t gotten a hold of Jeremy but we will keep on them (Carmen will call in July / August)
Task: Discuss meeting with Shauna Tilbury and Pat Barry about the After School EAL Homework help program (with Open Door Society). This sounds like an awesome opportunity for us!
Task: Carmen will finish Registration for Incorporation and Ratification!
IMPORTANT:
At this meeting we decided that we will not have any further meetings this spring, as most of the things we have planned for the fall are set up already. This means we will NOT have the previously scheduled May 28th meeting.
We do still have the big halves of the TWB logo to make for our stunt in the fall. It has been designed, we're in the process of finding wood/paint etc. and I will send out an email for when we can get together and work on it!! Get your paint shirts out and I will see you all soon!
