         <title>Talent Trove -  Photography Contest 2010</title>
         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Deadline</strong> for submissions: April 20th, 2010<br />
<strong>Open to whom</strong>: All photographers and photography enthusiasts are invited to enter the photo contest<br />
<strong>Number of Photos</strong>: The first round of the photo competition will have an ‘open’ theme. Meaning, you may submit any genre or subject matter you may like. But choose wisely, you may only submit one entry and they should represent the best of your abilities and your creativeness. Finalists who advanced to the second and third rounds will then have to submit photos in themes of our choosing. The themes for Round 2 and Round 3 will be announced after voting for Round 1 has concluded. <br />

<p>All photos must incorporate pets to be considered for the contest. We cannot accept photos of non-companion animals.Winners will be selected on a monthly basis by a committee from AnimalAttraction.com. The winner will be selected from among the photos with the highest average rating from among the top 10 vote getters. The rating average is calculated by dividing the total score for an individual photo by the number of voters for that photo.</p>

<p>General Guidelines</p>

<p>    * Photos must be in .jpg format and below 300K in size.<br />
    * We can not accept photos of minors, unless accompanied by an adult.</p>
