Deferred and Supplemental Final Exam Timetable is Up
If you were approved to write a deferred or supplemental final exam for a class that ended in April 2012, you may now submit your requests for exam accommodations to DSS. Visit this link to find out the date and time of your exam(s): http://students.usask.ca/current/academics/exams/deferred-supplemental.php
Once you know the date and time, go to the DSS Exam Office (32 College Bldg) to fill out a paper request form. The online form will not work for deferred and supplemental exams.
The paper forms must be sumbitted to DSS at least 2 weeks prior to your exam date. No late requests will be accepted for any reason.
There will be paper forms taped to the DSS Exam Office door, for those students who are not able to visit during regular office hours.
