Video Games for People Who Use a Wheelchair – Volunteers Wanted!
Are you using a manual wheelchair and have a passion for video games?
The Interaction Lab at the Department of Computer Science is looking for people who use a manual wheelchair to support ongoing research on video game accessibility. We are interested in your thoughts on currently available gaming systems (e.g. the Nintendo Wii console, Sony Move controllers and Microsoft Kinect), and we’d appreciate your input on game interfaces and different game designs.
We are looking for (graduate) students who would be interested in collaborating with us in Summer / Fall 2012. You do not need a background in computer science to be a part of this project. If you are generally interested in research and enthusiastic about video games, we’d love to hear from you!
