Anglican, United and Presbyterian Churches Plan Residential School Education Campaign
More than 100 lay and ordained representatives have pledged their commitment to train other leaders and volunteers to teach every church member about the history of Indian residential schools. The opening session held last November at the Mnjikaning First Nation stated the goal was to help Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal church members to, “actively work together to build right relationships with each other.”
