Saskatchewan Minister Of Education Wants Emergency Meeting Regarding FNUC
Saskatchewan Minister of Education, Rob Norris has requested a meeting with the University of Regina to discuss the financial situation at the First Nations University of Canada (FNUC). Norris responded after learning of allegations made by former FNUC chief financial officer Murray Westerlund. Westerlund claims in documents that FNUC administrators and staff were paid out hundreds of thousands of dollars in lieu of annual leave, contrary to university policy.
