Saskatchewan First Nation Resident Killed by Stray Dogs

A 10 year boy is dead after an attack by a pack of stray dogs on the Canoe Lake First Nation . The attack happened Saturday while the boy was on his way to visit a cousin. The community, located 350 kilometres north of North Battleford, SK. reports that this is not the first time someone has been hurt by dogs on the reserve. Last September a six year old was seriously injured after being attacked by stray dogs at nearby Ill-a-la-Crosse.
