First Nations Politics Embracing New Technologies

Candidates for the National Chief of the Assembly of First Nations (AFN) are increasingly turning to social media to raise awareness of their campaigns. Manitoba lawyer Joan Jack has had her profile raised due to her use of these technologies. “It’s the new moccasin telegraph,” said Jack.
