Aboriginal Youth Prescription Drug Abuse Rising

A recent national survey appearing in the Canadian Medical Association Journal (CMAJ) News reports elevated levels of prescription drug abuse among Canada's Aboriginal youth. Between 8.8% and 18.4% of Aboriginal youth self-report abuse compared to 5.6 % of non-Aboriginal youths.
