Court Rules Attawapiskat First Nation's Favour

In a ruling yesterday the Federal Court said in a judicial review that it was "unreasonable" for the Harper Government to appoint a third-party manager for Attawapiskat FIrst Nation. The exposure of the housing crisis was seen as a problem for the government and the imposition of third-party management was the reaction.
