Shawnee Leader Tecumseh Honoured
Dave Van Kesteren, Member of Parliament for Chatham-Kent—Essex, on behalf of the Honourable Rona Ambrose, Minister of Public Works and Government Services and Minister for Status of Women, recently announced that the Government of Canada building located at 120 Wellington Street West in Chatham-Kent, Ontario, will be named the Tecumseh Building in recognition of his contributions during the War of 1812.
