Long time no blog...
Well since I haven't updated for while.. thought I would since I have the day off.. :)
Mood: watching Colbert in Iraq 
Last time I blogged, I was about to leave for Vancouver. The trip was good, weather was decent. But I really missed SK... BC is very different from the flatlands.. The people, the weather, the scenery.. all different. Got some shopping done so there's the plus. Metrotown is huge! I love shopping.. Went to Stanley Park, which I really enjoyed since it was only our family, no other relatives tagging along.. It was actually my favorite moment from the whole trip. Wish we had more time to go site seeing.. We did think we saw the Twilight: New Moon set filming.. it was pretty cool..
Also saw Star Trek, it was awesome!.. I have never seen a single episode of the TV show, and I still liked it.
I don't want to go back to Vancouver for a while, I think..
When I got back, it was straight to school after. The class was good, although I've learned all the stuff already. I felt bad because I sort of took the class already. It was good though, I could practice on perfecting my skills. Still waiting for the mark though.. hmm..
Working only weekends so far.. kind of sucks.. wish I got more shifts.. I was thinking about getting another job but summer is halfway done, so maybe I'll just relax.
I found out where I will be interning.. Walter Murray!.. I couldn't believe I got placed in the city, maybe because there aren't enough co-op teachers in the rural towns. Oh well. I met my co-op teacher last Monday, it was awesome. He's super excited and so am I. I get to have my own class! from the start until christmas. I'm excited about all the stuff I'm going to get to do. Hopefully the students will be as enthusiastic as I am. We'll see..
Cleaned out my computer.. kind of.. i hate that it's so slow sometimes..
To do List for the summer (in no particular order):
- Clean the basement
- take EPSE417 in July
- Work
- Prepare for internship - CRC, PGG, unit planning
- Scholarships?? - prob not
- Register for Winter classes
- look up Arts and Science classes - i think I did this already
- Watch movies - (Across the Universe, The Fall, The Lucky Ones, Taking Chance, Veronika Decides to Die, Shanghai Kiss, Adventureland, Tropic Thunder..)..
- Read 2 books
- Exercise
- Volunteer?
- Research International Exchange Program
- redeem visa points
