The 2005-06 Greystone Singers.

The University of Saskatchewan’s Greystone Singers were the runners up in the CBC’s national choral competition in the University Choirs category.

The Greystone Singers performance was broadcast nationally on Radio Two (Saskatoon 105.5) on May 2 at 8 PM.

They sang an eight-minute mini program live-to-air and head-to-head. A live adjudication from a panel of judges followed. The performance was taped in Knox United Church, Saskatoon.

Conducted by Dr. Gerald Langner, the Greystone Singers are a mixed-voice choir open by audition to all University of Saskatchewan students who love singing and enjoy learning a challenging and varied repertoire. Since 1959 when they were first organized, well over 1,300 young men and women have sung with this award-winning choir.
