Mind the Meter
Starting Sept. 1, the University is making changes to the time limits for parking meters on Campus Drive, inside the loop created by Campus Drive and adjacent to Royal University Hospital.
September to April -
On weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., meters will have various time limits depending on their location. Meter fees will be:
$.25 = 12 minutes
$1 = 48 minutes
$2 = 60 minutes
From 6 to 10 p.m. on weeknights and 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturdays, meters will have a four-hour limit and the fees will be:
$.25 = 20 minutes
$1 = 80 minutes
$2 = 160 minutes
There will be no charge for parking all day Sunday and on statutory holidays.
May to August -
From 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays in May through August, various time limits will apply at the following rates:
$.25 = 12 minutes
$1 = 48 minutes
$2 = 60 minutes
