Jean Dudley received the certificate at a reception to mark her exhibition An Eclectic Expression at the Gordon Snelgrove Gallery. Now in its third year, the USCAD program is designed to accommodate both full-time and part-time students, and is operated by the Centre for Continuing and Distance Education (CCDE).
