This is where you'll find information about the availability of food services, libraries, the PAC, parking, printing, deliveries and more. Listed in alphabetical order, updates will be made as information becomes available.
Aboriginal Students' Centre: open with possible service delays.
Admissions Office: open with possible service delays. Will respond to telephone enquiries at 966-6718.
Booktore and On Campus Retail Outlets: limited services. Students requiring texts and those who have inquiries about text orders or academic reference materials are encouraged to contact the Main Bookstore from Monday to Friday from 8:30am-Noon and 1:00pm-5:00pm at 966-4470.
Campus Recreation: Modified schedule with no referees. Visit http://kinesiology.usask.ca/campus-recreation/ Cancelled: hockey, inner tube sports, kayaking, triathlon, figure skating.
Campus Safety: Operating. Lost and Found not available. Report a crime or suspicious activity to 966-5555. In case of emergency call 9-911.
Card Office: closed until further notice. For ID card emergencies, call 966-4469.
Centre for Continuing and Distance Education: open with possible service delays.
College Building Art Galleries : Closed.

College of Kinesiology Physical Activity Complex and Fit Centre: limited hours and services. Visit http://kinesiology.usask.ca/community-programs/
Deliveries to Campus: may be delayed. Contact Purchasing Services at 966-6704 if you are expecting any urgent shipments or orders of chemicals, biologicals, dangerous/hazardous goods, and/or dry ice/perishable shipments. Arrangements will be made for the delivery or safe storage of these items.
Dental Services: The Student Dental Clinic at the College of Dentistry will be closed during the labour disruption. If you are currently a patient, please contact your student directly for more information. If you have a dental emergency, please contact hospital dental at 956-8515.
Diefenbaker Canada Centre: closed.
Disability Services for Students: most services not available. Exam accommodations will be provided as scheduled.
Educational Media Access and Production (EMAP): Permanent classroom media installations will continue to function. Distance classes will continue as usual. Media cart delivery will be suspended. Video conferences will be supported only in urgent cases.
Facilities Management Division (FMD): Facility operational calls will continue to be handled 24 hours a day at the Work Control Centre. Call 966-4496 or e-mail workcontrol.centre@usask.ca Buildings will be unlocked to accommodate classes but hours of operation and access points may be reduced. Many projects on campus are suspended - for details visit the FMD website.
Faculty Club: will be open for business as usual. For business hours, visit http://www.usask.ca/facclub/
Fit Centre in the PAC: Limited services. Hours of operation - 11am-7p.m. (programs limited ONLY if it requires the pool or rink). Visit http://kinesiology.usask.ca/community-programs/
Food Services: Students enrolled in the residence dining program will be served meals at the regular times in Marquis Hall Dining room. Meal Card declining balance usage at other food service outlets is temporarily unavailable. All University food service retail outlets are closed. The Food Services office is closed.
Global Commons/International Student Office: open with possible service delays.
Gordon Snelgrove Gallery: Hours reduced to Monday - Friday 10:00am – 4:30pm.
Hospitality Services: All catering orders and banquet events are cancelled. Hospitality Services Office closed.
Information Technology Services (ITS): Normal operations will be maintained for most services. Computer and printer repair services will be unavailable. ITS has identified alternative mechanisms for providing these services; please contact the Campus Computer Store for assistance at comp.store@usask.ca or 966-8375.
Kenderdine Art Gallery : Closed.
Library: reduced hours and service levels. Visit https://library.usask.ca/. The Help Desk in the Main Library Learning Commons will follow the Library's reduced hours of operation. Service delays will be experienced in some other areas due to reduced staffing levels.
Mail Services: The University of Saskatchewan will arrange daily pickup of incoming mail from Canada Post. Sorting of mail will occur daily Monday to Friday. Units will be contacted to arrange delivery or pickup. Units are encouraged to manage outgoing mail within their units. Talk to your supervisor for further information. Museum of Antiquities: Maintaining normal hours of operation. Monday - Friday 9am - 4:30pm
Parking: Parking lot gates will initially remain operational in all lots. The Parking Office is closed until further notice.
Post Office: closed until further notice.

Printing Services Document Solutions: closed until further notice.
Research Ethics Office: will now accept all Minimal Risk Applications electronically.
Biomedical Applications and Behavioural Applications can be emailed to ethics.office@usask.ca. Until further notice Above Minimal Risk Applications must be hand delivered to our office at 302 Kirk Hall. Any questions about other submissions 966-1854.
Student Central: open with possible service delays.
Student Counseling Centre: Students with scheduled appointments will be seen at Student Counseling Services. No new appointments will be made. Students who are experiencing an emergency are encouraged to go to the emergency room at RUH or call Mobile Crisis at 933-6200.
Student Employment and Career Centre: open with possible service delays.
Student Health Centre: Students and their dependents with scheduled appointments will be seen by staff at the Student Health Centre during a CUPE job action. No new appointments will be scheduled. To ensure health and safety at this time, non-emergent new and walk-in patients will be referred to other Saskatoon medi-clinics or emergency services. The Student Health Centre will continue to provide emergent services for students and their dependents.
Student Residences: Students staying in residences are asked to contact their Resident Assistants for any service needs. If there is an emergency please dial 911. For rent payments visit https://rezweb.usask.ca/portal .
Transit: City Transit buses will not cross picket lines and therefore bus passenger drop off and pickup locations will be moved to College Drive. Access Transit services will continue to provide on campus service as required.
University Learning Centre: All workshops for students and faculty will continue subject to reduced Library Hours.
Writing and Math Help Services: will NOT be available in the library past 4:00 PM
Veterinary Clinics: Large and small animal veterinary clinics are closed. For small animal emergencies, if you currently have an animal in the clinic, or if you are a referring veterinarian, please call 966-7126. For large animal emergencies, or if you are a referring veterinarian, please call 966-7178.
