The Class of 2011
In a special ceremony Jan. 8 in Convocation Hall, the College of Dentistry recognized 27 second-year students by presenting each with a white coat.

The ceremony marks the transition of the students from the college’s simulation lab to patient care and clinical treatment. According to Dean Dr. Gerry Uswak, it also reconfirms the college values of professionalism, ethical integrity, service to society and respect for patients.
The white coats, embroidered with the college crest, were donated by the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan.
