The first University Student Council (USC) meeting is tonight (May 27th) at 6 p.m. in Room 77 Lower Sask Hall. All students are welcome.

The washrooms in Lower Place Riel have been reopened. Place Riel construction crews have completed the necessary modifications to both washrooms.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during the washroom closure.

The Place Riel construction crews will begin installing the Air Handling Unit for the Place Riel project on Wednesday, May 19. In order to install the unit, a mobile crane will be on site to place the Air Handling Unit onto the top floor of the Place Riel addition. The crane will be pulling onto Campus Drive from College Drive, then onto Gymnasium Place, and into the Bowl.

People moving through the affected areas should be aware of this traffic, and take necessary precautions.

The USSU Staff and Executive will be away for retreat May 17 and 18. The USSU offices will be closed during this time, reopening May 19, 2010.

Please note that Louis' and Browsers will remain open.

The USSU Information Centre in Upper Place Riel will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and closed for the lunch hour (12:00 p.m. -1:00 p.m.) on May 17 and 18, 2010.

If you are on campus, come visit us at the USSU Help, Pride and Women's Centres, open from
10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday - Friday.

The USSU Help Centre is located in room 27, Place Riel Tunnel.
The USSU Pride and Women's Centres are located in Room 40 in Lower Sask Hall.
