Before December 1 you should modify the course you are teaching in SiRIUS so that it knows you are using Blackboard Learn instead of the old CE 8 system. Instructions for doing this can be found at http://www.usask.ca/its/services/e_learning/blackboard/activate.php The key thing is that the Integrated Partner flag must be changed from "BLBRD" to "BBLRN". This will make sure the courses will not be accidentally created on the old CE 8 system by mistake.
Please send a note to bblearn_support@usask.ca to let us know you are using BB Learn in January. Let us know which courses you are teaching and if you require support to set this course up.

Remember that in January you still have the choice to use the new Blackboard Learn or the old CE 8 system to teach courses. In May you will no longer have the option of teaching courses in CE 8.
