Packing Done
Finished packing. Managed to fit a week's worth of clothes two jackets, my laptop, PDA, MP3 player, two digital cameras, and sandles into two carry-on cases.
Earlier I went to Wallmart and bought a huge suitcase. However, I returned it today when I realized that two carryons would work. That's always better because no waiting for the luggage at the terminal, and no chance of losing the luggage.
There's lots of good tips for packing for travel. For example, you can pack tighter and reduce wrinkles by rolling up your clothes instead of laying them flat. Save your old holely socks for your trip. You can wear them on the trip, then throw them out there leaving space to bring goodies home.
If you google "travel packing" you'll find all sorts of good tips.
